• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping usually takes –710 business days within the U.S.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

•  We are a local small business and our shirts are custom made they run true to size.
•  We discourage refunds as the size you are is the exact size we have. Both the women's and men's are sized to fit you perfectly with a little wiggle room.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved as an error on our part.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
